We spend much of our lives trying to hold on.
To certainty.
To identities.
To relationships.
To the image of who we believe we should become.
But life keeps reminding us that nothing is meant to be possessed.
Everything moves.
Everything changes.
Even consciousness is not a destination.
It is a living process.
The more I explore life, the more I see that growth does not come from controlling reality.
It comes from learning how to move with it.
Like grains of sand.
The tighter we hold, the faster they escape.
When we open our hands, we discover there was never anything to lose.
Only something new waiting to emerge.
